Earlier today, the Hello World anime film’s official website updated with two new teaser trailers and key visual, as well as details on the film’s theme songs.
We break the details down below.
Trailers
The first teaser is a 90-second promo, which introduces the film’s major story beats through character dialogue. Opening theme song Yesterday by Official HiGE DANdism kicks in at the 10-second mark.
The second promo is a short version of the extended promo, which runs for 32 seconds.
Key Visual
The image features the film’s leads standing hand in hand as the world curls in around them.
Theme Songs
Official HiGE DANdism will perform main theme song Yesterday, while Okamoto’s provides secondary theme Shin Sekai.
Hello World hits Japanese theaters on September 20.
Tomohiko Ito (Sword Art Online, Erased) will direct the project at Graphnica, with Yukiko Horiguchi (K-On!, Lucky Star) providing character designs. Mado Nozaki (Babylon, KADO – The Right Answer) is writing the screenplay.
The confirmed voice cast includes:
