Earlier today, the final episode of Attack on Titan‘s third anime season hit Japanese TV. At the end of the episode, a 15-second teaser aired which confirmed that the show’s final season will air in Fall 2020. NHK will carry the title in Japan.
A visual for the season was also revealed, which features a grand clash between the Recon Corps and the Titans, with Eren bounding forth in the center of the image.
Attack on Titan Season 3, Part 2 started airing on April 28.
Tetsuro Araki (Death Note, High School of the Dead, Attack on Titan Season 1) returned as chief director for the project, while Masashi Koizuka is reprising his role as director at Wit Studio. Kyoji Asano (Psycho-Pass) returned as character designer, while Yasuko Kobayashi (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Shakugan no Shana) reprised her duty on series composition.
