Earlier today, an official website and Twitter account opened their doors for the upcoming Assassin’s Pride anime TV series. The site includes a key visual, as well as news that EMT Squared will produce the show for a 2019 premiere.
The image features series leads Kūfa and Merida, with Kūfa drawing his blade in the foreground.
Kei Amagi and illustrator Nino Ninomoto’s Assassin’s Pride launched in 2016 under Fujimi Shobo’s Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint. Nine volumes of the series have shipped to stores to date, with the latest hitting retailers on January 19, 2019.
Amagi and illustrator Yoshie Katō kicked off a manga adaptation of the work in the pages of Shueisha’s Ultra Jump magazine in May 2017. Three volumes have been released to date, with the latest shipping to retailers on November 19, 2018.
