Which unfinished manga localizations deserve a second chance?

Whether because of low sales, the popping of the manga bubble, or simply no news of a release date, some manga never finish the journey from licensing to stores.

Which series would you most like to see recovered?
Are there any finished series that were finished but need re-translated (a la Fruits Basket)?
Are there any series you would like to see rescued by a different company than the one who first licensed it?
