You’ll be angling for more of this title before long! (That was terrible…)
Earlier today, the official Angolmois: Genkō Kassen-ki anime website updated with a new teaser trailer. The 90-second promo cuts between various animated segments, as chunky, handwritten-styled text provides the main story beats.

The scary great king comes from the other side of the sea… The big incident ‘Genkou‘ that shook medieval Japan is being drawn in an original way in this historical anime, along with the beginning of the Samurai…!
Angolmois made its debut in the pages of Kadokawa’s Samurai Ace magazine in 2013, before moving to the Comic Walker app a year later. The title currently spans nine compiled volumes, with the most recent hitting stores on March 26.
