Earlier today, the official Angolmois: Genkō Kassen-ki anime website updated with nine new cast members. The series, as well as details on the show’s theme songs.

Casting
The series will add the following:
- Onitakemaru: Rikiya Koyama
- Shiraishi Kazuhisa: Kenji Nomura
- Chōminpuku: Shiro Saito
- Amushi: Shun Horie
- Hitari: Ryota Takeuchi
- Dōen: Yūsuke Kobayashi
- Obusuma Saburō: Kenji Hamada
- Sō Sukekuni: Hidekatsu Shibata
- Abiru Yajirō: Tatsuhisa Suzuki

Theme Songs
Straightener will perform the opening theme song for the series, while SHE’S will provide the closing theme.
Angolmois: Genkō Kassen-ki hits Japanese TV in July.
Takayuki Kuriyama is directing the project at studio Naz, with Masayori Komine providing character designs. Shougo Yasukawa (Chivalry of a Failed Knight, Food Wars! Shoukugeki No Soma) is in charge of series composition.
The confirmed voice cast includes:
- Kuchii Jinzaburō: Yuuki Ono
- Teruhi: Lynn
Kadokawa describes Angolmois as:
The scary great king comes from the other side of the sea… The big incident ‘Genkou‘ that shook medieval Japan is being drawn in an original way in this historical anime, along with the beginning of the Samurai…!
Angolmois made its debut in the pages of Kadokawa’s Samurai Ace magazine in 2013, before moving to the Comic Walker app a year later. The title currently spans nine compiled volumes, with the most recent hitting stores on March 26.
